We sooo enjoyed making new friends this morning as we kicked off the Go, Glow, Grow program at Family Worship Ministries Child Care Center in Troy. Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables, as well as dairy, protein and whole grains are so important to achieve and maintain health. As part of today’s lesson, we learned about MyPlate, food, and even got to do some fun movements before we tried our healthy snack – frozen yogurt bark. And we especially loved all the great hugs we got as we were leaving. We are looking forward to the next several weeks with this group of great kids and teachers!
