From March 22, 2023 post.

We are thrilled to have completed the Go, Glow, Grow series at Candor Head Start / Save the Children. The teachers and students were great groups to work with, and we hope they continue to make healthy decisions as they grow.

For our final snack today, participants enjoyed Frozen Yogurt Bark – a simple recipe that’s especially great on hot days. Simply mix yogurt, your favorite fruits, a little bit of honey all together, and put in the freezer until solid. Break it apart and enjoy! We used strawberries and blueberries today, but the opportunities for a variety of healthy foods to include in the mix is literally limitless.
