This morning we concluded our 8 week Lifelong Improvements Through Fitness Together series at the Troy Montgomery Senior Center. These ladies have worked so hard – three women have had PERFECT ATTENDANCE for all 16 sessions, and another 12 completed more than half of all sessions. Together, we have learned about the importance of fruits and vegetables and regular physical activity. One thing participants always seem to enjoy is the fellowship with each other, and we make sure to have lots of that. As instructors, we love that by the end of the program every participant has had the opportunity to lead the exercises themselves and are more than capable of doing them on their own at home or together. If you see any of these ladies, give them a shout out and tell them how proud of them you are! We will do our final assessments next week and have our celebration on Thursday.
