Rep. Moss files bill in North Carolina House to regulate election workers

A new bill filed by State Rep. Ben T. Moss Jr. seeks to ensure election integrity by holding workers accountable for due care during the election process, according to the North Carolina State House.

The bill, filed as HB 85 on Feb. 10 during the 2025 regular session, was formally listed with the short title: ‘Removal of Precinct Officials.’
