Kindergarten spent this week celebrating African American Firsts for Black History Month.
From the first African American policeman Samuel Battle, to the first African American Beauty Entrepreneur and millionaire Madame CJ Walker, our students learned just how much America was shaped by the leadership, dedication, bravery and drive of these famous and some not so well known people.
Thank you Kindergarten for a job well done!
