The League of Women Voters will celebrate Earth Day, 2022 at Sandhills Community College
Horticultural Gardens.
Displays to include:
* Kitchen Composting * Seed Balls planting information * Local beekeeper Kim Geddes * Recycled artwork by Lisa Richman * Decorations created from lawn/shrub clippings * "Alternatives" table to demonstrate ways to reuse and recycle * Sustainable Sandhill's display of their initiatives
Fun for Kids - a Voting Booth where they can cast a vote for a bee, bird, butterfly, beetle or bug!
