The Boys & Girls Club of the Sandhills, in partnership with SCC, is offering a two-week Youth Development Program on the SCC campus. The two-week pilot effort is a great program for kids and working parents and caregivers.
It includes:
-Weekly Drop-in from 6 – 9 PM for kids in Kindergarten through 5th Grade beginning August 15th.
-Daily registration online is required (see below).
-Program includes homework support and dinner.
If the pilot proves successful, the partnership will be expanded into a fall program aligned with the following SCC offerings:
HSE/GED
ESL
Real Estate PreLicensing
Construction Project Management
Electrical Level I
Central Sterile Processing
EKG Technician
Medical Administrative Assistant
NC Community Health Worker
Phlebotomy Technician
Basic Machining
CNC Machining
