The first of three MCS Community Engagement Series meetings was held last night at New Century Middle School. MCS Superintendent Dr. Tim Locklair opened up the meeting talking about what gets him FIRED UP about Moore County Schools each and every day. Then he fielded a lot of great questions about school facilities planning, school calendars, volunteerism in our schools, and much more.
The next MCS Community Engagement Series meeting will be held on Thursday, October 13 from 6:30-8 p.m. at Robbins Elementary. The final meeting for this semester will be Thursday, October 27 at Southern Middle School also from 6:30- 8 p.m. Child care is provided for those attending the meetings.
