2023 3A Central NCHSAA Regional Swimming Championships

*Women’s 200 Yard Medley Relay team: Jessica Freeman, Abigail Salazar-Santander, Emily Aguilar-Santiago and Kristina Lemonds took 19th place with a time of 2:44.01

*Women’s 200 Yard Freestyle and 400 Yard Freestyle Relay team:  Kaelyn Davis, Jessica Freeman, River Seawell, and Paige Kern placed 16th in the 200 Yard Relay with a time of 2:16.29. 

*The Women’s 400 Relay team was able to set a new school record with a time of 5:09.97.

*Women’s 200 Yard Individual Medle - Paige Kern placed 11th with a time of 2:42.88.

*Women’s 100 Yard Backstroke - Paige Kern holds the school record in this event as well with a time of 1:13.36.  

*Men’s 200 Yard Medley Relay, Men’s 200 Yard Freestyle and 400 Yard Freestyle Relays: Brenden, Weis, Lance Hensley, Caleb Gonzales and Garrett Richardson, with Zachary Blue as an alternate placed 13th in the 200 Medley with a time of 2:15.13, 11th in the 200 freestyle Relay with a time of 1:53.10, and 14th in the 400 Freestyle Relay with a time of 4:27.18, their best time of the season.

*Men’s 100 Yard Breaststroke: Garrett Richardson broke his own school record with a time of 1:20.13.
