Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields announces an arrest following an investigation in the Aberdeen area.
On Saturday, February 11, 2023 the Moore County Sheriff’s Office received a report of statutory rape of a minor child at a residence in Aberdeen, North Carolina.
On Wednesday, February 22, 2023, sheriff’s investigators arrested Boyce Binford Guy III age 39, of Aberdeen, NC. Boyce Binford Guy III was charged with three counts of statutory sex offense, two counts of indecent liberties with a child, and one count of incest and was committed to the Moore County Detention Center under a $2,500,000 bond pending a first court appearance in Moore County District Court on Thursday, March 16, 2023.
