Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields announces the arrest of one individual following a search in the Vass area.
On March 1, 2023, Deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 500 block of J. Burns Road in Vass. During the investigation, Deputies located crack cocaine and items of drug paraphernalia. The search warrant was executed at the conclusion of a drug investigation.
Arrested:
Thomas Junior Shields, 63, Vass, N. C.
Charges- Felony Possession of Cocaine, Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling Place for Controlled Substances, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Bond: $5,000.00 Secured
District Court Date: March 16, 2023
