Town of Southern Pines recently issued the following announcement.
Autumnfest VIRTUAL 5K Race
Friday, October 2, 2020
Southern Pines Recreation & Parks will host this “virtual” race. Choose your day and from three course options: The traditional Downtown Southern Pines course or a greenway trail at Reservoir Park or Nick's Creek. Register Online Only at Active.com: Registered Participants can pick up their commemorative Autumnfest 5K t-shirt and road maps at Downtown Park, 145 SE Broad St, Southern Pines: Thursday, October 1st: 5pm to 8pm or Saturday, October 3rd: 9am to 11am Complete your run by 5 pm, Sunday October 4, take a screen shot of your Running App and submit via email by 9 am Monday, October 5 to: tcarter@southernpines.net.
