On Wednesday, May 20, 2020, North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper signed Executive Order 141 easing restrictions on travel, business operations, and mass gatherings allowing North Carolina to enter into Safer At Home Phase 2 of the process for lifting restrictions that were included in the original Stay-At-Home Order 121. Executive Order 141 takes effect at 5:00 PM on May 22, 2020, and remain in effect through 5:00 PM on June 26, 2020 unless repealed, replaced, or rescinded by another applicable order.
