Montgomery County issued the following announcement on July 13.
On Saturday morning July 11th Montgomery County Public Utilities issued a boil water advisory to its customers located on NC 134 North, Country Club Acres Drive, Substation Road, Floyd Farm Road, Cardinal Ave, Atkins Dairy Road, Lucas Road, Okeewemee Road, and Okeewemee Star Road. This advisory was related to a water main break. The repairs have been made and the services are restored to the customers.
