Summertime is all about water!!!! In the pool, at the lake, at the beach … AND most importantly, in our bodies!!!! Today kicked off our summer staff wellness challenge, with a goal of drinking 64 ounces of water per day and being active for at least thirty minutes most days of the week. Every time we meet these goals, we will update our personal charts to log our success. Special credit to Alexis Barrington for designing such an inviting and motivating way to capture and record our efforts.
In addition to motivating ourselves, we hope to use this challenge to be great examples to all of our clients and community members throughout the summer.
