What an exciting start to our Eat Smart, Move More class at Wesleyan Homes in Troy. We focused on setting goals to eat at least 3 1/2 cups of fruits and vegetables, and learned that what we often think of as an appropriate serving size isn’t nearly enough for optimal health. We also learned and practiced some exercises that can help us as we work up toward our goal of 30 minutes of moderate-vigorous physical activity. It’s going to be a great program!!!
