News Advisory: There was NOT an active shooter situation at St. Luke's Hospital in The Woodlands. Initial reports included the use of a handgun during the incident; however, there were no firearms used.
The incident involved a psychiatric patient who left the hospital. The patient was quickly detained by Deputies and was recommitted to the hospital without incident.
